Media Library Procedures

The Fulton County Media Library was formed by Fulton County public schools for the purpose of having access to instructional videos.

Listed below are suggestions that hopefully will help assure a more successful operation in providing this service to education in our county.

1. Whenever possible video orders should be placed by using the Video Order Form.  These may be used to order videos by fax or mail.  If necessary, you may order by calling 547-3041, Ext. 27 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
   

2. Videos will be mailed from the media library as soon as possible unless otherwise designated.
   

3. Special arrangements may be made for picking up videos at our office.
   

4. Please return videos as soon as you are finished with them.
   

5. Rewind your video after use and be sure that it is placed back in the correct container.
   

6. If a video is damaged, please note this on the outside of the container.  Do not staple or tape broken videos.  We cannot always inspect every video when it comes in and goes back out immediately, so other teachers will appreciate your consideration indicating damage.
